Returns

We don't accept returns. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, reply to your order email and we'll put it right.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and usually show within 5 to 10 days. Anything paid with a gift card goes back onto the gift card.

Cancellations

To cancel an order before it goes out, reply to your order email as soon as you can. Once it has gone out, it can be returned instead.

Shipping, pickup, and delivery

The ways to get your order, and what each costs, are shown at checkout. We email you when it's on its way, with tracking when there is any, or when it's ready to pick up.

Downloads

For a download, you get a link once you've paid. Some links work only a set number of times or for a set number of days; the product's page says so.

Pre-orders and out of stock

A pre-order is sent when it's available, on the date shown. Something ordered while out of stock is sent once it's back.

Sales tax

Sales tax is added where it's owed and shown before you pay.
